- opportunities to do challenging work and projects - recommended as a stepping stone to a wide array of experience - people (except management) are great to work with and helpful

Cons

high pressure, little appreciation, 45 hours work week is mandatory overtime is unpaid, maybe it will be compensated through bonus... too fast of a pace leading to a lot of mistakes...but let's not change and do it again glass ceiling, no room for career growth
