They kind of train you. They can get you a job if you are willing to lie to your future employers.

Cons

Low Salary, Make you lie in your interviews after training, hold you ransom at 30k if you 'break' their contract within 2 years. The contract is essentially illegal.

I joined with Multivision after my college and was put through excellent training. It’s a great working place with all facilities to have a comfortable work environment. Good career growth for those willing to work hard and good work culture.
