Pros

You'll be introduced to java languages and concepts.

Cons

You'll only be introduced to java languages and concepts BUT no real experience. The training was advertised to be 6 to 8 weeks. But it usually takes longer. Trainees are given interview cheat sheets. A lot of time is spent emphasizing on passing interview screenings. Resumes are manipulated and trainees are trained up to lie during screenings and interviews about their false and bolstered experience to get a contract.

Pros

there are no pros working for a company that forces you to lie on an interview and say you have years of experience when in reality you do not

Cons

At the end of the training course, Multivision will hand you a fake resume listing 7 years of experience that you do not have. They then will give you 2 weeks of training on how to lie on an interview and pretend you actually these fake jobs. There is a reason why a Senior .NET Developer gets paid well and that is something multivision cannot teach in 6 weeks

Pros

Lot's of training from 9:30-5:00 with hw assignments, test and projects.

Cons

You will pretty much have no life at all aside from work during the training process. The living conditions are also laughable; bunk beds no heat in fall months, poor lighting and little room.
