Very good technology company

Pros

Multivision puts experienced software developers on the right track by helping hone their skills for in-demand technology tracks involving .NET, Java EE (Spring, Hibernate, Struts) and reb services (REST, SOAP, EJB). Associates get a weekly stipend and free housing while in this boot-camp style environment. This place is just computer scientists working around the clock to become the best software developers they can be. Many success stories here. Out of the 50+ associates in this office, not very many regret being here, and the environment is very constructive, especially if you want to to be an entrepreneur. A lot of intelligence here, a lot of engineers.

Cons

The amenities in the office are top notch, free coffee and green tea all day, and a clean environment to learn. The office itself is in a nice office building in a ritzy part of the Dc area.

Pros

Lot's of training from 9:30-5:00 with hw assignments, test and projects.

Cons

You will pretty much have no life at all aside from work during the training process. The living conditions are also laughable; bunk beds no heat in fall months, poor lighting and little room.

Pros

Good people to work with in the office. Willing to let you try new things and encourages the employees. It's a been a great place for me to learn more, expand what I've been doing, gain responsibility, and work with several great people. The culture of the company is great: relaxed and professional. The senior guys are always happy to help, mentor, and advise.

Cons
