      Pros

      I feel like a family owned business. They also really encourage professional growth through gaining experience in various different groups at Multivision. Financially sound and sustainable company, Very good company for freshers.

      Cons

      There are processes still being put in place which can be effectively communicated to everyone, this is not a concern but a consideration.

      Pros

      They are growing with an exceptional President, COO and executive leadership. They respect the associate level employees skill set and use it as an asset to grow in different verticals. They hire extremely smart, experienced, young professionals who are driven to excel in their respective fields. Lots of growing opportunities, I was so excited to be offered the position. Wages are fair, enjoy coworkers, wonderful management and good benefits

      Pros

      A great learning environment and nice pay scale. Company provides decent facilities and it is in growing stage and there is a huge potential to grow along with the company. Does not feel like a cutthroat environment like you see at some competitive companies.

      Cons

      Work pressure is immense and work starts from day one and performance is monitored continuously
