Pros

I believed I was technically strong when I joined and I did well in the training too in my batch. But I never realized how poor on communication I was when it came to interviews. Their interview preparation really helped transform my whole personality. 3 years down, I am confident to go on my own and feel I have stabilized myself in the industry.

Cons

Initial few days were tough with the stipends, tight training schedule and housing but that was all forgotten a few months afterwards.

Pros

Excellent initial interview, where it was clear that Multivision knew what their client expectations where. Once you clear the initial interview, you are put through an extensive technical program to develop your skills and also learn technologies that are new and in demand. Support throughout client interview process, clear directions to site, dress code/cultural advice, and pointers. Continual support through onboarding process with clients, and during assignments at each of their clients.

Cons

Mangement should consider a shuttle between the training site and the apartments since many of my batch mates were not local and did not have a car. Car pooling helped only to a certain extent.

Pros

Gave me an opportunity to work as a software developer. Came onboard with this company three years ago and I just recently got offered a full time position with the government. The skills and knowledge that I learned from being at Multivision has definitely helped me get into a career as a developer. I just recently left this company due to a more Senior opportunity presenting itself to me. From start to finish they have always tried to invest to better their employees.

Cons

There was a time only during the training period where things had got a bit restless Long hours of studying A lot of homework Bigger kitchen area Guys bathroom can get a bit crowded - more stalls
