Pros

Gave me an opportunity to work as a software developer. Came onboard with this company three years ago and I just recently got offered a full time position with the government. The skills and knowledge that I learned from being at Multivision has definitely helped me get into a career as a developer. I just recently left this company due to a more Senior opportunity presenting itself to me. From start to finish they have always tried to invest to better their employees.

There was a time only during the training period where things had got a bit restless Long hours of studying A lot of homework Bigger kitchen area Guys bathroom can get a bit crowded - more stalls

Good company with great culture thats growing in size and revenue. It is the best place to work and i am staying with them more for than 5 years. we have good talent in office which makes our work easier.

Cons

With lot of growth, we have more work but with the good talent we are able to manage.

Has training. I have learnt all the leading Web technologies and I have a certification too (Multivision reimbursed cost of this certification). These guys are a unique company and not a standard consulting company

just a consulting company. Better housing facilities as well as benefits
