Pros

Knowledgable trainers that will help along the way Weekly interviews to prep for real ones

Cons

Compensation is a joke (9:30 - 5 + 5 days a week + weekend assignments = $150.00/week Training is rushed and if they have a feeling you won't work out in their minds they let you go no questions asked

My honest experience as a current employee

Pros

They pay a $150.00 weekly stipend while you are in training. They will reimburse you for getting certified, up to $150.00.

Cons

There is no specialized training. The things they taught my class are readily available on the Internet. The instructor was more often out of the office than in. Instruction was typically a handout with things to learn, with a small demo due at the end of each week. You receive 1 warning if your demo was not ready, or did not match the specification exactly. If your demo was not ready more than once, you were fired and had to be out of the residence (hotel/apartment) by the next morning. They initially house you in a hotel room, with up to 1 other trainee until an apartment in the local area becomes available. Once an apartment (3 bedroom) is available, they will fit you and up to 5 other trainees (so 2 per room) inside of it. They will submit your resume anywhere in the country, regardless of the preferred areas you request upon hiring. They provide up to a max of $150.00 relocation assistance, regardless of where in the country the job is. They use morally-questionable tactics to get you hired (submitting their own background check, fabricating references, fabricating job history and projects)
