Pros

Crash course in java technologies.

Cons

Crash course in java technologies. This was about 4 years back. Our training class was provided with tons of examples of sample code and "how" to use it but there's little to no time to explain the "why". Right before the training is over we were asked for a copy of our resume. Resume manipulation - reconstructed our resume with added work experience and prepped to interview based off a false work experience. When interviewers asked for references, we were told to provide them with phone numbers to current multivision employees. That why they could back up the false work experience on the resumes. Since they do consulting/contracting, we were interviewed senior developer positions. I don't think anyone in the training class actually qualified for mid-level, yet alone senior, but I'm sure that's how they make the most money outta their "trainees". This was years ago and I'm not sure if the company has gotten better. I hope.

Pros

The Training is very good and you get all the resources(books, papers, notes, classes) on technology that you will actually be using on jobs. Benefits look good however not really using them yet. The training team and recruiters are all very nice people and are very easy to talk to and have lots of knowledge. They offer a lot of incentives for promotions/pay increases/ and certifications. Mentor system for on jobs...........well kind of. Great first job to get that real job experience. They dont charge you to take there classes and learn all the material. The people at the fairfax building are all great people to work with.

Cons

I had to relocate for my client and i did not receive closely enough relocation money to move down there. Had to take out another credit card because as a new graduate i did not have any money to speak of. You will not get paid for a whole month when starting on a new project , so you need to watch out for that and budget correctly. They do not offer a 401k plan which is a little disappointing. I have a problem with the Supplier/ team that go out and find the clients and set up the interviews for you. They do not listen very well and have no respect for the employee, they are just trying to find you a job and move on to the next guy. Almost lost a position because of there inability to act and communicate. Also its important to note that most of these guys are not in the USA. They have very hard accents to understand sometimes.

Pros

Great salary package, real time project training and materials

Cons

resume fabrication, false experience is added to your resume. The recruiters are misleading and crafty in trying to get candidates to sign up for their training program.
