      Pros

      Training that really matters in today's technical job market. Compensation for moving to Virginia. Paid-living quarters. Paid-training. Great benefits. Very comfortable work environment. Co-workers are pleasant to be around.

      Cons

      Very intense (compact) training. Constant immersion in code. Non-stop training even after work. Stipend to live off per week is just enough for bare-necessities.

      Company has a great vision on Workforce development

      Pros

      The Management has a great vision towards Workforce development in the IT Programming domain. Even big companies like Apple, Google, Microsoft etc may not have such a model. The Compensation is as per Industry standards with standard benefits. Once you finish the training, you will be working with top tier companies and you will be rubbing shoulders with CIO, CTO, etc. The company literally changes one's career into a totally different elevation and at least for me this is great!

      Cons

      They can consider providing more benefits right from day one.

      Pros

      After getting accepted into Multivision I trained as a Java developer and then got a position at a very reputable and well known company. It only took 3 weeks after the training until I got a job offer. Like a lot of other trainees, I was previously unemployed and was struggling to get a job even though I had a very versatile degree. Now I have a job and a higher level of self confidence and happiness. Thank you Multivision!

      Cons

      The housing wasn't all that great and some things on the housing agreement weren't clear enough.
