Pros

The initial 8-10 week training period is phenomenal. You get to learn the latest cutting edge technologies in order to stay relevant in the technology sector. The opportunity that Multivision provides is awesome. The pay is great depending on your years of experience, the technologies that you use, and the certifications that you achieve.

Cons

Reflecting back, I would say some skills that are not stressed or emphasized as much as they should would be soft skills like communication, project management, and etc. Multivision focuses on a lot of hard skills like writing code, deployment , and etc. Going forward, I think incorporating soft skills into the curriculum will be beneficial for the company, and would make employees more effective and polished from day one, when they get on an assignment.

Pros

-Relocation assistance for training and job placement. -Learn new technologies in software development. -Weekly stipend during training. -Resume building and interviewing guidance along with a team of marketers to help you get that job! -Continuous support, including a mentoring program.

Cons

-You may have to frequently relocate to various clients, but see it as an opportunity to travel (within the U.S.). -You will have to learn many concepts very quickly, but you get out what you put in (do the work; it's worth it!)
