Pros

Great work environment (mostly my peers, I made a lot of friends here) Hands on projects allow for you to really learn versus just reading out of a book and trying to figure it out yourself. Training is really helpful to get you the knowledge that all these employers are wanting you to know straight out of college. (which doesn't exist) Housing accommodations The interview preparation was really helpful

Cons

Some of my roommates were messy. There's not a lot of assistance in finding an apartment when you have your first project.

Not terribly bad. You get out what you put in.

Pros

Solid training for the most part. Management isn't horrible as far as I could tell and when you're on the market, marketers do seem to "go hard" as it were to try to get you opportunities. Apartments are close to the office so you can walk if you don't have a car. Be warned, training is definitely manageable even if you are new to the technology in question but you HAVE to read and review what you've learned everyday. It's fast paced and covers a lot of materials in a relatively short amount of time so don't get there and try to do the all-nighter the night before thing. You'll regret it. Also use weekends wisely and learn as much as you can outside of class.

Cons

Living space they provide you may not be the best in terms of cleanliness so you'll probably have to pay for cleaning supplies out of your own pocket initially. Post training, there's a couple of projects that you'll have to do that you probably won't complete due to them trying to get you through the panels. Panels are the last step in the training process, a so called internal screening that they conduct to make sure that you are up to snuff before they present you to their clients. You get two to three attempts before they decide whether to keep you around or send you home. It's usually outsourced to a contracting firm in India so yea... accents could be a problem.
