More bad than good

Pros

You have the ability to move around so you are not stationary at a desk all day. Good job if you don't know what to do after undergrad, If you are unfamiliar with the sales process this job is almost like have training wheels on. Rental manager is very young (could be good, could be bad). Lease account guys are amazing, Branch manager is great, if you want your life to revolve around a job, this is the job for you!

Cons

Your immediate boss (rental manager) does not know how to handle people. Low pay, the job is much more operational than sales focuses. Your job is basically a front desk receptionist (answering phones is 85% of your job, 10% is washing nasty trucks, 5% sales). Branch manager does not deal with problems, Lets them sizzle out. Little to no holiday PTO, 3 total days (Christmas, thanksgiving, and new years day) Upper management (corporate level) expects you to up root your life and be willing to leave at the chance of a promotion.

Pros

Decent Pay for the extreme hours

Cons

Extreme hours, constant fear of being fired. Treated as employees, not people
