Pros

-Great pay -Good benefits -Decent environment.

Cons

None that come to mind. MHC Kenworth has been good to me. You know what job you are signing up for and if you can’t hack it, then don’t bother.

Pros

The company provides an opportunity to earn general work experience for entry-level employees. The benefits are solid, and there is opportunity for advancement. Corporate officers and the majority of co-workers are wonderful to work with.

Cons

Moderately high turn over rate inhibits the ability to establish internal routines which can lead to external ambiguity. Limited direct/formal training for some job types. Departmental policies and procedures are relatively inconsistent from location to location and often change too frequently. Maintaining a work-life balance is extremely difficult, and 50, sometimes 60+ hour work weeks should be expected for low level, salaried employees.
