PTO accrual, employers working on the ground floor

Cons

Horrible health benefits, no room for advancement and does not post jobs that are open, upper management is incredibly difficult to deal with, you’ll probably be training the person that makes more money than you.

Cons

Unreasonable expectations, no training, cronyism, hostile environment and a complete lack of accountability to name a few. The lack of involvement from HR and management causes losses in productivity and poor moral.
