Pros

Stable guaranteed 40 hrs. Pay and benefits are ok.

Cons

Racial discrimination a lot of liars. Management will be your downfall, they cover for one another. Very unorganized but really strict with rules, that are being imposed weekly. Rules don't pertain to all just some!

Pros

Not really any. Very basic everything .

Cons

High turnover in my department and I don't blame them. many policiaca . It's a company that is stuck in the good Ol boy Era. They will let their "favorites" work from home but no one else can. Will bend the policies for these favorites (people that have been there and stuck in their ways). They don't enforce policies to these favorites such as dress, PTO, flexible work schedule, work from home, hybrid, and resources to progress in your career. They are cheep on systems and stuck in the stone ages on technology. The favorites gate keep info and if they don't know you aren't willing to give answers unless you CC their manager. It feels like a cult being a private company they have very strange policies and ways of doing things. BCBS out of state. Doesn't cover alot and very expensive . Only three paid holidays a year. PTO is horrible. They don't do alot for employees for the office. Most coorperate offices in Joco offer perks etc and this place won't even let you out more than three personal items on your desk! If you're just looking for a regular job then apply. But you'll be overworked, stressed and unhappy just like everyone there.
