      A paycheck. Minimal benefits available. Locations around country allow for possible relocation.

      Cons

      Benefits are sub par. Pay is low. Disgruntled employees due to negative atmosphere and lack of advancement. Unaddressed mental health issues among workers creates hostile work environment. Vacation and time off is pathetic.

      Pros

      Opportunity to make money on the new truck side. Not enough inventory on the Used Truck side. The service division is the only money maker for Nashville.

      Cons

      No training, you train yourself. Dishonest and will lie to sell a used truck. New truck side is better. Management shows favoritism. Has no idea what the word "professsional" means. No integrity at the Nashville branch.
