Pros

The work environment is very good and there are great people who care about your success. There is a lot of evolvement through different ESOP events to become more familiar with your co-workers. The people are really what sets this company apart from the rest I really enjoy the working environment.

Cons

Upper Management can be a bit snobby at times. There are some people who do not speak around the office until the need something. It brings the morale down a bit and makes the job less exciting.

This is a large company with quite a bit of capitol so they can keep making mistakes and continue to survive,

Cons

Old school abusive management operating without a clue. Accepts jobs without a working budget or understanding of clear scope and demands a cost to complete based on no information. Management does not share any information because they have no input to give without looking inept.
