Supportive culture, but favoritism and low pay persist
Pros
- They take care of employees with lunches and ESOP definitely brings people together - There are Cool/Nice Co-workers (minus some upper management) - Cypress locations is a nice building with much to offer and it is all surrounded by good places to eat with plenty of parking - You will feel you are at a good company - Overall a good place to begin your career
Cons
- Upper heads play favorites and you will not want to finish your career here due to favoritism and lack of fairness amongst employees - Once they have you at low pay they will keep you there and higher other employees who haven't been with the company and pay them more - Your success is highly dependent on what division you are in and your specific supervisor and how well you are liked - Very clear sign of people in high places who think they are better than others - The pay is way too low for the work they expect of you - Much of your growth will involve you learning on your own and self teaching - You can grow here in position if you play the game. There is less focus on knowing what you are doing and more kissing a** , which gets old real quick
