Easy work at a reasonable pace. Benefits are good

Cons

It's unreasonably hard to get on full time. It takes forever. And then they give us a bunch of mandatory overtime because they won't hire just anyone to put together lights. Pay is better other places around town 2 short 15 minute breaks The "family" and "team" stuff is just corporate BS just like everywhere else but here it seams like some people believe it. Management pretend to not micromanage but you figure out they are keeping score.
