Pros

Its a great space to work, the coworkers are really helpful, optimistic, communicative, respectful. You have growth opportunities. And actually be part of a change in a persons life and independence.

Cons

If you're a social person and likes the office culture and dynamics, MDA is a fully remote job organization, so at times it can feel a little lonely.
