Pros

The company structure works fine and procedures are clear. Prices are competitive and marketing generally brings customers to the store.

Cons

Low pay means constant turnover of employees. Always having to train new people on lengthy number of operating procedures and product knowledge.

Great starting base pay plus commission as sales person. Can be a fun environment

Cons

Once you move up, the pay doesn't scale well. Management is always expected to do more for the same amount of pay/vacation.
