Pros

For most of the year, you are paid to do essentially nothing but make sure the building doesn't burn down.

Cons

The pay is low, busy times are extremely stressful, and the management is occasionally completely clueless about anything going on in the store

Pros

As a manager you are able to make your own schedule which can be nice. If you like kids and helping people it can be a great place to work.

Cons

Had to work 50-60 hours per week, and was not compensated fairly. Huge corporation with only profit in mind. It is a laughing stock among musicians.

Pros

Good work environment. Opportunites for advancement. Great co-workers.

Cons

A growing company with growing pains. Constant "improvements" and changes. Still learning the management of operations. Inconsistent leadership. Questionable loyalty to employees, you will live or die by your latest success or failures.
