Pros

Good environment for musicians, a very good management team, reasonable hours, important first job for several musicians

Cons

Minimum wage for A LOT of work, dealing with the credit department, annoying customers on occasion, register is a pain

Pros

Good company, good pay, fun environment, sales challenges are fun. Pretty easy going with employee scheduling for the most part.

Cons

Not too many cons, but people who are hired to teach/work in the store need to be interviewed with the same mindset.
