Pros

Commute is close. Summertime is somewhat slow, company allows you to preached use time off, even with no vacation built up.

Cons

Lack of paid Vacation time. Peak time you are not allowed to miss work under no circumstance literally! Hard working employees go under appreciated. Yet lazy workers sit and BS with leads and supervisors (favor ism a huge problem) Constant change in policies.
