Pros

MI provides hands-on and marketable skills to musicians in performance and production technology. The school offers certificates, Associate, Bachelor's, and Masters degree in performance. Built-in Private lessons, open counseling, and live performance workshops are offered which are very popular with students. The highly diversified demographic with a good proportion of international students. The current President is doing his best with an innovative style, team-building approach including efforts in new program offerings.

Cons

Update systems for enrollment management/ academic/ Financial aid under one platform.

Pros

Benefits, Music, Some good people and the best part about the college is its faculty and teaching assistants.

Cons

No raises. I worked there for over three years and never received a raise. There are others and faculty who had worked there for over 10 years and have yet to see raises. Poor communication company-wide.

Pros

My time at MI was enjoyable. I think the students make the class. Lots of energy on campus.

Cons

The pay is not that great. Parking is a big problem.
