Pros

There's flexibility with creating curriculum, the teaching staff is talented and they often work/perform in their chosen musical field.

Cons

MI does not give raises and their pay scale is on the low end of most colleges and universities

Brilliant school! Faculty not highly respected.

Pros

Incredible talent between Students and Instructors. Facilities are state-of-the-art consoles, recording, mixing, stages and a concert hall.

Cons

The Faculty are real-world professionals that are treated as if they just got out of college. The pay is too low for the amount of experience Instructors have. Middle Management are not qualified for this type of school.
