The amount of stress this place caused me is actually crazy. Tasks on tasks on tasks, nothing is ever good enough for management, you’re constantly doing something wrong. ITS A RETAIL JOB and what they expect from team members is insane considering what they pay you. Tons of favoritism also. Just a toxic place all around.

I’ve really enjoyed my time at My Fit Foods so far. The team culture is one of the best parts — everyone is positive, supportive, and genuinely excited about the work we’re doing. It feels like being part of a close-knit group that pushes each other to do well while keeping the energy fun and encouraging. What stands out most to me is that I finally feel like I’m at a company that truly sees my value and uses my strengths in the best way possible. That’s not something I’ve always experienced in past roles, so it means a lot.

Cons

Things can move quickly since the company is growing, but the fast pace also keeps things interesting. Overall, it’s been a really rewarding place to work, both personally and professionally.
