The company is close knit, collaborative, and everyone gets along so well. I enjoy the loose and laid back atmosphere and the way I can feel comfortable reaching out to any of my coworkers for assistance or advice. flexible with my personal life and PTO as well

Pros

At MFF you can learn and grow both professionally and personally. They are huge on culture and I find myself inspired to come to work daily. It is both a challenging and rewarding environment. As we grow there are tons of advancement opportunities as well. If you consider yourself to have an entrepreneurial or “intrepreneurial” mindset, this is a great place to be!

Cons

This is not necessarily a con. It’s more of a heads up. The work environment is very fast paced and you are customer facing most of the day. So, just keep that in mind. If you aren’t the type of person who wants to go above and beyond for your team or customers, this won’t be the place for you.
