-Fun work environment for upper management -Benefits -Great Experience

Cons

-Hourly employees are looked at as "cost to cut" -Since the new CEO and CTO took over, everything has gone down hill. No one wants to be in there any more. -If you are not from 24 Hour Fitness, you are overlooked for any promotion
