Pros

Being able to make a positive difference in people's lives. Learning lots about nutrition and fitness. opportunities for advancement. Awesome employee discount.

Cons

No raise or bonus incentives unless promoted. opportunities for advancement are available but seems like people in those positions are often over worked and under paid(not sure if that is just the AZ region or due to major organizational changes being made within the company but it has made me unsure of the benefits of advancing with this company . Sometimes communication is lacking. No standard training program in place for new hires.

Cons

Looks down on FOH. Not allowed to disagree. I've heard things upper level managers have said negatively about employees and it was met with total hostility. The reason they have so many opportunity alerts is because no one wants to stay with a failing company where they treat you like dogs. There is no real values. This is all coming from someone who, at first loved the company and was a top performer for a year and got NO compensation and a raise of a few cents.
