Pros

Helping people, healthy eating habits. SOME are good people to have as coworkers, unless they are incompetent or incapable of their own responsibilities, then you're held accountable.

Cons

NO STRUCTURE!!! Company does not have the solidity of confident, skilled, or knowledgeable DM's. Rapid turn over in management. Ever changing SOP's of policies, that they can not and do not adhere too.

Pros

I loved my job, working with people and being able to help them reach their fitness goals.

Cons

They are extremely dishonest about the bonus structure when they hire you. I was an exceptional employee who always got great reviews and I never was able to hit the bonus goals they set. There were too many parts to the equation, it wasn't just about sales. They literally called a meeting with our entire staff today and told us they were locking the doors tomorrow. These people don't care in the least about their employees. Literally not a days warning. They are sketchy and untrustworthy. Do not work here!
