Cons
Favoritism 100%. If you've read the other reviews that mention 24 Hour Fitness, they're right. And you'll probably hear it again. I mentioned a roller coaster because it was going great 3-4 years ago. Once Anthony Milton left and there was an upper management overhaul (I can think of 5 prolific people leaving/getting let go), things went downhill and downhill quickly. Pay. Managers & Nutrition Coaches often need to put in extra hours due to scheduling or events over weekends. Working 60-80+ hours per week wasn't uncommon, especially around the New Year. It wouldn't be so bad, but we didn't get paid overtime. At all. I had a hard enough time getting compensated for gas from driving everywhere between Clearlake & the Woodlands. Overall frustration. After all my experiences, I still think that this concept is a great one and that it can be successful. The execution of everything, from menu changes to coupons & discounts, is upsetting and I just hope that it can turn around soon.
