Pros

There is a lot of room for growth if you want to be in a sales position or run stores. The company is growing rapidly and new stores are opening all over southern California. Your relationship with customers is extremely rewarding.

Cons

If you're not interested in becoming a nutritionist or a store manager, there is no place for you to grow. Even though cost of living in LA is higher than Texas, the pay is the same. Horrible.

If you are interested in nutrition and helping the community, this is a great place to work. Most of the opportunity for advancement is in the field, at the store level.

Cons

As this company is young, there are growing pains, which is to be expected. My Fit Foods is founded on an interesting and fresh concept, hopefully they are able to continue their growth and become truly successful.

The management is awesome as well as the owners, You learn how to eat well and take care of your self. If your in management you have the chance to receive membership to the gym.

Cons

They have three shifts that they run. I was a kitchen manager so I had to rotate thru the shifts which are 24hours around the clock. the task that you do are repetitive
