Development and culture are not a thing. Yes, at the end of the day it is what you make it but eventually you outgrow the people around with you no guidance beside closing more sales using the same sales techniques.

Poor Onboarding Store Management refused to train in english They Hired for a position and shut down the team in the state within 5 weeks of starting work They didn't provide on Job training Manager who I was reporting to was seeking a job with a different company We were hired to do events never did a single event in 6 weeks They didn't have promotional Materials They were disorganized They never paid last paycheque
