      Pros

      The culture continues to get better and better and there is more focus on the team and the guests than ever before. The pay is good and the leadership cares about you, but will hold you to a high standard. Good benefits & perks.

      Cons

      AT&T has frequently changed their comp structure, which means the My Wireless comp structure also changes. Luckily, it's much better now than it's ever been and the changes just shift the focus and not the earning potential.

      Pros

      HR team is the only ethical people. Benefits are good like medical and a lot of contests to win merchandise. Has ok starting pays

      Cons

      In-Market Upper Management has favoritism Commission structure constantly changes Shady management team Always bends rules for "favorites" Too much alignment calls and in store meetings about same items Schedule constantly changing Promise of overtime but schedules with cut shifts You only get promoted when you're a favorite. If you speak your mind you get retaliated against. They have false documention for incidents that happen and only one side of the story is heard. A lot of money fraud and people getting away with stealing. Perfect for sheeple.

      -Good pay for the most part -Nice upper management -Flexible scheduling -Closed on major holidays -Easy to get promoted within the company

      Cons

      -Training is lacking very much -Have to wait 3 months before getting commission check -The company doesn't like to spend a whole lot of money on things they don't find necessary
