1.) Worst higher up management is terrible . All they see are number in a really dry market and will say no one is doing their job correct . 2.) They pay you minimum wage and say commission will be your money maker but if your store is not making money then they screw you over. 3.) They like you give you bigger jobs like being a key holder without the pay. 4. They will expect you to sell to customers more then what they can afford . 5.No ones seems happy when they come into work. 6.This company will see you as a number and nothing else. 7.NO work balance life.

Could use some improvement in area of marketing because the sales are low sometimes, that's an area where they could improve by alot
