Pros

Close to Full-time base salary hours which is the only positive I can think of.

Cons

Will likely never get past sales goals to reach any kind of commissions and if you do its insignificant and still less money per hour than a $20/hour fast food minimum wage job. Management are the only ones employed by the company that receive any significant pay which is why they pressure you to increase store sales numbers even if it means defrauding the existing customers that come in for a bill payment and logging into their accounts and adding new lines and making changes to their accounts without the customer even realizing what's occurring. Every new line added or new customer will automatically receive the NextUp junk fee to each lines of their service without them even knowing. Market and district managers do not care if customers are being defrauded they want their bonuses and seem to be the only ones actually making any significant money within the company and will gaslight you and lie right to your face reframing what's actually occurring. Human resources is also compliant and in this constantly making excuses for the company, it's Management and redefining what is actually occurring. A company that's really dependent on a large part of the customer business it does needing to be misleading and defrauding customers. An extremely mentally unhealthy environment and company to work with. An employee has to be okay with scamming, defrauding and being dishonest with customers in order to survive this working environment. This company is extremely and pertually understaffed with an extremely high turnover rate within a few weeks or months from when an employee starts. Management uses bullying tactics and the so called coaching sessions are actually interrogations to submit an employee into complying with the shady things you need to do to make the store money which makes the management money. This company attempts to get the employees to do more and go beyond their job title due to being so short staffed and lack of full store management. Management will attempt to treat this as an on call position and will make attempts to message you on your personal device at all hours just to make sure they can have their stores open which happens often from not having enough staff from people quiting or not showing up for their scheduled shifts. The company also constantly moves staff around to different stores upsetting their daily life routines and commutes to work.

Extremely disorganized

Pros

Anything above store level is so disorganized that it's pretty much impossible to get fired. The extremely high turnover makes it hard as well.

Cons

This company loves the "throw spaghetti at the wall and see what sticks" method to running business. The commission structure is about as bad as it gets, unless you run one of the very few high volume stores I can guarantee nobody currently in this company is making the commission checks they were promised during the interview and trainings. If you are good with around a $500 per month commission check then you'll be happy. Reps make such little commission off each individual sale it's hard to fault them for the minimal effort they all give in the company. The walmart phone sales people make better commission off each phone sold. Back office is overseas somewhere and do not understand time zones. They will be blowing you up on days off or hours before scheduled to work for things like wondering if you printed out a piece of paper or wondering if paper towels arrived yet, or to remind you to send back a phone you just took in the night before...etc. Back office also performs these extremely out of touch video/teams audits that take over an hour and accomplish quite literally nothing. The worst culture i have ever experienced working for a cell company, and it's not close. There is 0 comradery at all. This company also seems to be at constant war with corporate AT&T.
