Work culture is very negative. Employees refer to the company as a "hell hole." If you've ever worked in retail, the culture is very similar with unprofessional management and staff. Management failed to mention the "feast or famine" nature of the job, requiring a reduction of hours even though I was employed full time. There's a policy that states you'll use PTO or go unpaid. So I never managed to accumulate PTO during my time. On the job training is very poor. You're expected to figure it out yourself or ask; get quickly blamed for mistakes instead of encouraging learning. Interview and email exchanges were extremely misleading about the nature of the position I accepted. There is no opportunity for advancement. Raises are not guaranteed.

Staffing seems to be an issue because levels are kept at a minimum. Been here less than 5 years and already burned out, they waste money, Love to invest more in building projects than employees, Management does not listen, Stressful and high pressure - lack of adequate training , never question management, (they want a "yes" man/women). not much time for breaks at times when it is busy, poor planning of project ( they leave no time for testing ), not very organized at all compared to other companies.
