Pros
Coworkers are team players. The goal of the company is magnet status which means they need employees to be satisfied with the company.
Cons
They cut funds in the areas of direct patient care. Results in poor patient safety and high amounts of burnout on nurses. Instead of funds going to more PCTs or more nurses on staff , the company chooses to build new buildings or but new hospitals. This spreads our resources out even more to cover the new areas...again leaving the current staff amd patients in vunerable positions.
