      Pros

      Amazing team, the job is very patient focused, and really requires a lot of problem solving skills. Overall a really good place to work.

      Cons

      It's really difficult to move up in this role, it's all pretty much based on seniority and that's unfortunate. It can be a difficult job to do and is very intense at times, but having such an amazing team to fall back on makes it easier.
