      Great work environment. Enjoy the company's diversity on campus.

      Cons

      Covid-19 has created the opportunity for many office employees to work from home. The lab employees are needed onsite and in person meetings are currently not happening and we are using Zoom, Teams etc. Adapting to change as everywhere else,

      Great company that values patients, employees are dedicated to helping one another out, good company culture, growth within the company and management is helpful and easy to talk to.

      Cons

      Too many changes at once, unorganized but slowly getting there, lack of communication between certain teams to address customer issues, slow process to get a raise or promotion, salary is too low for SF location
