      Pros

      check out the fake generic positive five star reviews in May and June of 2016. This pretty much sums the situation at Myriad. They are willing to enter in fake review into Glassdoor to improve their image. Do you want to work for a company that is willing to do this? What does that ultimately say about them? Do you think they will treat you fairly once hired? Do you trust them to be honest on a review when they are willing to be dishonest on Glassdoor?

      Cons

      management cannot be trusted. HR is completely biased toward management and clueless in job requirements. management is also home grown so it's often that the guy that used to manage the network there ten years ago may be the VP now. do you really want to work for a company where the VP level is still making mistakes to learn the job and firing those that get caught in the crossfire?

      Pros

      When you have a great manager it makes all the difference in the world. I fortunately have an amazing manager that allows me autonomy to strategically run my territory in addition to providing guidance and advice. The company as a whole is fair with great benefits and compensation

      Cons

      You do have to work hard to get recognized. Not too over the top, but you will be working hard not only on keeping your numbers up, but also working to collaborate across the team, business unit, and others in the company. Performance reviews are fair, but they do expect much more than just driving revenue.

      Pros

      The genetic testing done at Myriad is important and can be life saving! The research they do is unparalleled.

      Cons

      There is a lot of turnover at Myriad. The tests they perform are state of the art but their business management is outdated. I feel like I'm working in 1995. There are too many employees for the building and not room in the break room (the fridge is overflowing) and not enough parking. Despite working in the healthcare industry, they offer NO sick time. Some management at Myriad is extremely unprofessional and catty.
