Pros

Great if you're going to school and need a job in a scientific laboratory for experience.

Cons

Upward mobility opportunities limited. Pay is not great considering how much company is making. Benefits are ok at best.

Pros

Time off is stellar 3 1/2 weeks vacation and 12 holidays. Stock options and decent healthcare is available. Training is 3 weeks in Utah. Will utilize Insights during training.

Cons

If you don't have a background at Eli Lilly, you will have a difficult time advancing. They do not provide any management training so they manage with "carrots and sticks". They offer a variety of personality assessment tests but the tests are never used by management to motivate.

Pros

Myriad provides opportunities for growth based on performance. It is great to know that everyday we help people make critical decisions about their own health care.

Cons

Pay tends to be at the low end of the curve for all positions and they are slow to catch up. Resources sometimes seem to be insufficient which leads to high workload for a few.
