      Pros

      The company gives its employees the benefit of moving around to do different tasks. For that reason, I think it is great; it gave me the benefit of learning from different materials.

      Cons

      I can't complain I believe anywhere you go, you have to work with people, either with a colleague or a customer, but I had a hard time with the software getting bugs.

      Great benefits. Company really cares about work and home life balance.

      Cons

      Goals are hard to meet. Whole team is struggling and provided feedback to VP, but still no adjustments 6 months later

      - extensive training - good pay - plenty of resources

      Cons

      - working for a rep can be a hassle - sometimes hard work is under appreciated - can be a tough transition if you're not from a similar background
