      For a non union shop wages will be as high as most union carriers

      Pros

      Good Benefits Health Insurance 43.00 a week. If they like you, you will make 65K Home every nite. Exrtra stop pay in Illinois.

      Cons

      Long Hours. No Loyalty. Safety man is a Bad kaniving person. In Bad weather they press you to run, even if un safe. There freight is more important than Driver. Motorist complaints will get you fired. Lot of Bull work. Drivers must buy pallet jack, and are expected to use it with extra heavy freight. Lots of Mall deliveries. Lots of fingerprinting of freight. No one in Mngmt knows driving. They push there politics in letters in your pay stub, telling you who to vote for !!! Put there canidates on the back of trailers ! They keep cutting benefits. Cutting stop pay in parts of Ill. You have to give blood sample (wife to) in order to recieve certain perks. Then 6 months later they fire safe drivers. Union Needed !!!!!

      flexible, you will make more than the other LTL carriers of you want to work. you control your pay.

      lack communication between departments. depts blame other depts.
