      Pros

      Not a bad company to work for, pretty hectic on the dock but for the work you do that pay is nice, for the most part foreman and dock boss are easy going easy to gwt along with.

      Cons

      Some of the decisions the big wigs make simply dont make sense but what is new with any job. Dont get vacation or enrolled in 401k until after a year

      must be driven for such a fast paced environment. plenty of work, overtime

      will get eaten up if not experienced, mandatory OT at a notice

      Everyone is very friendly and the company cares about all of its employees. Everytime I bring a problem to management they fix it.

      The pay could be better.
