Upper management is totally out of touch with the workers. They short staff you and don't give you lunch breaks. Most of the management sits around in their offices. There is clear favoritism and upwards failures for promotions. I worked for them since 2011. I was a top seller and make the company thousands of dollars and was a loyal employee. I was injured on the job and they refused let me file an injury report, only FMLA. They only asked when I was coming back to do my job of 5 people. They brought in a top manager to fix the problems 7 years ago and just got worse as he collected a big paycheck.
