      Pros

      Co-Workers were great to be around and definitely was one of the reasons I stayed so long. You can get recognized by upper management if you garnish a hardworking and dedicated reputation. Room to move up.

      Cons

      It can be monotonous at times. You can feel like just a number with such a big corporation. Low level employees are not always valued as they should be.
