Pros

Dealing with commercial customers is the best part deal with them on a daily basis and for the most part they know what they need without hours of debating and countless trips to the store do your customers good and find them there parts even if you don't have them in stock and one day when you brake down your self they will help you too customer relationships is a big deal they get used to dealing with certain people and if you are lucky enough to be the chosen one then it means your doing your job right management may over look it but a thank you from time to time from your customers takes the sting out of it

Cons

Work for a independent Napa long hours no raises to many part time youngsters living with mommy and daddy making minimum wage with a don't care attitude about getting the job done fast and right the first time

Decent benefits for full-time positions. Awesome employees (for the most part) Caring store managers and assistant managers.

Cons

Under paying employees for the volume of work they have to do. Under staffing stores that have (surprisingly) a good amount of customers.
